Welcome to the Travel Scout Program! By participating, you agree to the following terms:
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Travel Scout Program, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the program.
Eligibility
- Content Creators (Scouts): Must be 18 years or older and have a portfolio demonstrating relevant content creation skills.
- Hosts (Travelers): Must represent a business or organization involved in tourism and hospitality.
Program Participation
- Content Creators: Apply through our platform. You will be matched with hosts based on your application. Your participation is voluntary and based on mutual agreement with hosts.
- Hosts: List your assignments and provide details on what you offer. You agree to provide accommodation and other benefits as outlined in the assignment.
Responsibilities
Content Creators:
- Create and deliver content as per assignment briefs.
- Respect the host’s property and adhere to local laws.
- Provide feedback and updates as required.
Hosts:
- Provide the agreed-upon benefits and additional perks.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for content creators.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with content creators.
Intellectual Property
- Content Creators: Retain ownership of your content but grant us and the hosts a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and share the content for promotional purposes related to the Travel Scout Program.
- Hosts: Retain ownership of your business and location details but allow content creators to feature them as agreed.
Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the program with prior notice. Inappropriate behavior or failure to adhere to the terms may result in immediate termination.
Liability
- Content Creators: Participate at your own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during assignments.
- Hosts: We are not responsible for any issues arising from the content creator’s actions or behavior.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
